Do you offer local pick up?

Yes! We are located in Roanoke, TX and happily offer free local pick up. When checking out, please choose "local pick up" in the drop down shipping menu and you will not be charged shipping. We are near the corner of Litsey Road and Fairway Ranch Parkway. Once order is place, we will send you the exact address. 

 

When can I expect my order?

Your order will be shipped or ready for local pick up in 1-2 weeks from order date.

Can I change my order before it ships?

After purchasing, no changes can be made due to the item being customized.

How will I know when my order is shipped?

You will receive an email along with a tracking number once your order has shipped.

What is the return policy?

Because each sign is custom and made to order we do not accept returns. If you place an order and need to cancel, you have 24 hours to contact us to do so.

How do I hang my sign?

​

Every sign comes with a saw tooth hanger taped to the back of the sign for customers to attach.
